Is SuperMemo method enough for learning languages ? What else are you going to do to achieve better effect?
What to do to not get too many repetitions?

The most efficient way to learn for me has been to make my own flash cards(always rem 20 ways of formulating knowledge in supermmeo webste) for supermemo, do regular repetitions and have a summary mind map of very very imp keywords for a final review and thats it.

Michel Thomas method gives a very digestible, if often overly simplistic, way of understqnding most grammars. Pimsleur gives listeners a fair bit of conversational fluency. After that, it's grammar and vocab exercises that'll push you over the edge into actually felling comfortable in a language.
