Hello,

I'd like to know which algorithm (SM?) use Supermemo UX, is the same of Supermemo 2006 ?

Thanks.

SuperMemo UX uses supermemo 8 algorithm.

SuperMemo 8 algorithm suits best for sites like supermemo.net due to it's low requirements and superb learning results. Farther improvements introduced in later releases of the algorithm are related with implementation of incremental reading feature.

Thank for your reply, I like very much Supermemo UX because of the better interface compared to Supermemo 2006.

I have 2 question: in the future is possible to implement in Supermemo UX (for desktop) the same algorithm of Supermemo 2006 ?

Now also Supermemo UX for desktop use the SM8 algorithm ?

        thanks,

The 2006 version will be implemented together with incremental reading in UX or supermemo.net; otherwise there would not be any sense in doing this for there would be no change to the learning functionality.

            Thanks you mj.

I bought some months ago Supermemo 2006 in order to use incremental reading but I don't use it because of the interface.

When do you plan to implement Incremental reading in supermemo UX desktop ?

            Thanks you
