Syncing Supermemo UX course with iphone

Resetting the course on the iphone and resyncing solved the problem.  However, now there is a new problem.  Everything was working well until today.  Now I am ahead on my iphone course (Spanish NHP 1) but my UX course is lagging behind and won't catch up after I sync.  Nothing appears to be wrong with the syncing process.  The programs act like they are syncing...they just are out of sync.

I tried resetting UX and resyncing, but it didn't work and I had to restore UX from a backup.

I then tried Clear State under the Tools > Syncronization menu and then resyncing.  That didn't work either.

Don't know why this is happening.  Please help before I have to repeat 100s of facts I already learned.

    Syncing doesn't appear to have been working at all since last weekend - see the thread at http://www.supermemo.net.pl/topic/2061 for details.

    I tried 'clear state' on UX like you did but that didn't make any difference for me either - I think it usually would sort out that kind of problem if synchronisation was working generally. I haven't tried resetting any courses on UX because that is where I have been doing all the repetitions, and like you I don't want to have to do duplicate repetitions on hundreds of items.

    I am continuing to do repetitions on UX, assuming that once synchronisation starts working generally again, all the repetitions done on UX this week will get synchonised to supermemo.net, but I would be much happier if someone could confirm this and give us some idea of when things are likely to get back to normal again.

        The synchronization is working again. However, those of us who launched synchronization between Nov 4 and Nov 8, now still have unsynchronized repetitions in this period. This problem will be sorted out early next week. Thank you for your patience.
