Freezing and Crashing

I enjoy using supermemo.net and I think it's a great way to learn. However, at least once a week (including just a few minutes ago), the site freezes or crashes for more than 10 minutes. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a known issue and is it being fixed?


It doesn't seem to matter if I use IE, Firefox, Chrome, or Opera and it's not an issue with my internet connection (I can surf other sites when it happens). Please let me know if there's anything I can do on my end. Not having to do with long periods of interruption would greatly improve the experience. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    Did you try reloading the page?

      This is caused by the database backup. We will try to find a solution to this issue.
