Polish with a teacher on-line is a 6-month course for foreigners who want to start learning the Polish language as well as for those who know it at an elementary level. During the course you can improve all your language skills: writing, speaking, listening, understanding written text, vocabulary and grammar usage and pronunciation. The key element of the course is that an experienced teacher supervises your learning process: motivates you to study systematically, explains language problems, monitors your progress and teaches through an Internet communicator. You learn the course material in Polski. Bez problemu! on your own. You choose when you want to study and have conversations with your teacher.

Features of our courses with a teacher:

  • you set the time when you want to learn and have conversations with your teacher,
  • you can improve all language skills: writing, speaking, listening, understanding written text, vocabulary and grammar usage and pronunciation,
  • it is based on analyzing the self-learning process of a student, reminding about overdue repetitions, evaluating tests and leading 1-to-1 conversational meetings through an Internet communicator,
  • if you study 20 minutes a day, you can finish the course in 6 months*,
  • after you have finished the course, we will send you a certificate with a description of the skills acquired.

* If you study one lesson in 2 weeks. However, you can set your own pace of learning.

** In comparison: during traditional courses in language schools, the average number of students in a group is 10, the average number of 60-minute lessons is 45. It means that a teacher talks with one student for 4.5 hours during a 6-month course.

Levels:

  • Elementary (A2 level according to the Common European Framework). The language competence at this level: communication using the basic vocabulary.
  • - Intermediate (B1 level according to the Common European Framework). The language competence at this level: formulating coherent texts and presenting one’s own opinions. – in preparation
  • - Advanced (C1 level according to the Common European Framework). The language competence at this level: fluent and spontaneous communication on every topic. – in preparation
Evaluation of the learning process:
Tests are a key element of monitoring the progress of a student. Kinds of tests:
  • Placement test – in preparation.
  • Tests summarizing a lesson – tests sent by a teacher after each lesson. They check if the grammar structures and vocabulary have been learnt. They also practise writing skills.
  • Final test – test assessing the knowledge after finishing the entire course.
After each conversation, the student receives an opinion about his or her progress.
Certificates
After having finished the entire course, the student receives a certificate with a description of the skills acquired and grammar and lexical subjects covered during the course.
